Not In A Million Years - Sophie Ranald

Review:

This one was a rough one to rate because the cover and description made it seem like a fun/cute little rom-com and while it certainly had those moments, it was also heavy on substance abuse and the fallout of caring about someone who suffers.

-Kate and Daniel are your typical enemies to lovers and while I normally love that trope, Kate is difficult to like and often seems unnecessarily bitchy to Daniel

-Despite her being difficult, their chemistry at times was fun to read. I loved reading when they were just being fun together

-Daniel was a mostly likable character and I think he brought the book up a lot

-The storyline started incredibly slow and some plot lines felt out of left field

While this book had its good moments, it mostly just felt a little forgettable to me. Check out the description though, you might have a different opinion than me!

Thank you Netgalley, Sophie Ranald, and Bookouture for this book in exchange for an honest review.
